Hospital at Home Users Group • Communications Planning/Support
With more than 350 full and affiliate members, the Hospital at Home Users Group is a dynamic community of programs that deliver acute, hospital-level care to adults – and particularly older adults – where they live. Learn about Hospital at Home in this article in The New York Times.
Our Role
The Users Group initially approached SCP to develop a brand identity, logo, and website. Then in late 2020, the Centers for Medicaid and Medicare Services created a waiver to reimburse hospitals and health systems for providing acute care at home.
Impact
The Users Group has since grown rapidly, and SCP has helped build a technical assistance center, established a vibrant online community, promoted a webinar series and a virtual annual meeting, and managed the User’s Group burgeoning membership. This communications infrastructure has helped sustain the Users Group and position it for further growth and development.
