The Health and Aging Policy Fellowship cultivates leaders focused on changing policy to improve the lives of older Americans.
Our Role
Since 2008, SCP has provided an annual, two-day policy communications training for the Health and Aging Policy Fellows. Each year, the workshop is developed to meet the unique needs of that cohort of fellows, with topics ranging from creating and conveying compelling policy messages to understanding various policy communications tools and using new media to influence policy.
Impact
Workshops receive consistently high ratings from fellows and many fellows continue to engage SCP for communications support and training as their careers move forward.
